If you are concerned about the enormous rise of Type 2 Diabetes you will want to know which foods have a high glycemic index in order to reduce their consumption. Health Defence has been put together by Dr Paul Clayton who has many years experience in nutrition. This is our other site which offers health screening to individuals and companies within a 25 mile radius of Bedford, UK. The site also includes a range of medical tests such as hair mineral analysis and food intolerance which can be ordered for anyone living in the UK.

This is the website of renowned health researcher Phillip Day, who regularly tours around the UK and Australia giving talks on health.  He has written numerous books about cancer, Aids, mental health and degenerative diseases based on the latest research. His website includes a shop which supplies health products such as Himalayan salt and apricot kernels from  reputable sources.

Cancer Active
The website of health researcher, Chris Woollams who publishes a quarterly magazine called Icon (Integrated Cancer and Oncology News) which is delivered to hundreds of cancer units across the UK. This magazine was developed as an easy read for those who are suffering with cancer and those who want to avoid cancer. The site contains many useful and interesting articles from past issues.  Chris has set up a charity called Cancer Active and details about this can be found on this site.
